Bun Bo Nam Bo as its name is a noodle dish from the south of Vietnam. Thanks for the special dipping made from fish sauce, this dish is different from other noodle and has unique flavor. Bun bo Nam Bo is popular food and very famous in South of Vietnam because it is cooler than other noodle with soup, better for hot weather.
The dish actually is not difficult to cook, mainly ingredients are noodle, peanuts, bean sprouts, coriander, lime, garlic, fish sauce, vinegar, sugar and black pepper.
The most important part of Bun bo Nam Bo is fried onion which added on top of noodle. Green onion should be cut in small pieces then fried in few second until has golden colour before take out from cooking oil and leave it to dry. Fish sauce and spices are added to beef then quickly fried. When beef turn into brown, turn off fire then add species and black pepper.
Add garlic, lime, sugar and black pepper into fish sauce then boil everything together. Lay noodle into the bowl then put boiled dipping onto your bowl. The last step is put prepared fried onion on the noodle.0
